Summer in Muskoka

Sunrise, sunset.......... quickly goes the day.

And the week and the month and the summer !

And Life ........... I feel a shift coming and its good to be aware of it. My prayer is to be shown what my next step is to be and to be given the whatever I need to take that step.

The day is day 50 of sugar free living and still I do not have a "plan of eating" figured out.

Well perhaps that is not accurate. I think I have the plan in place, just don't have the accountability factor yet. Soon ....I hope. I continue to do inventory around this whole food thing however I fear that the "10 garbage cans and 9 lids" may be true. Always one addiction rearing it's ugly head.
